The Greek is made from the Koroneiki variety, hand-harvested early from century-old trees near Sparta — grassy, fruity, with a peppery finish that's the mark of a young, high-polyphenol oil.

The Lebanese is made from the Souri variety, from generational trees in Koura, one of the oldest olive-growing regions on earth — smooth and earthy, with the same high polyphenol content but a much smoother character.

Same care, same process, two distinct results. That's the point of tasting them together.

Cold pressed to compare, not compete.

Use the Greek to finish something bright — grilled vegetables, a tomato salad, fresh burrata. Use the Lebanese for warmth — bread dipping, labneh, a bowl of lentil soup. Side by side, you'll start to taste what "single origin" actually means.
