Both start from the same place: Greek Koroneiki, cold-pressed in Greece. The 500ml is early-harvest, picked green for that bright, peppery character that makes it so versatile. The Truffle uses a mature-harvest base instead — smoother and rounder, so the truffle can do the talking.

Same varietal, same country, two very different jobs in the kitchen.
